Marcus White - Director Technology

Marcus is a partner and director with Human Solutions Group, with over ten years executive recruitment experience, in Australia and the UK.

Prior to joining Human Solutions Group, Marcus worked for Firstwater, the previous Executive Recruitment arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, as a management consultant responsible for the execution and delivery of senior level appointments throughout Asia Pacific. Marcus works specifically within the Financial Markets sector, recruiting for Information Technology resources.

Marcus has been engaged on 360 degree Search and Recruitment assignments at various management levels and follows a client centric recruitment approach that allows him to operate in a consulting and collaborative style.

Marcus is an accredited Targeted Search Interviewer. He coaches in diverse human resource issues including performance management, behavioural-based interviewing and the attraction, selection and retention of staff in the market. Marcus has a Bachelor of Science for Sports Science and Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
